A bit about us

Coedlas Developments was established in 2006 as a Commercial and Residential Developer, since inception the company has concentrated on producing high quality Commercial Buildings and High Specification Residential Homes.

The company prides itself on being a Welsh based family business, working in Wales and paying an active part in improving building stock and developing high quality workspace and residential homes in our small, but in our view, beautifully formed, corner of the world.

The company was founded by two family members and currently has three generations of the same family in key positions within the company. We have a workforce of well trained and competent staff, many of whom were there at the company’s inception. Indeed, the company can boast a senior management team who are in their own rights highly qualified Construction Professionals, Chartered Civil Engineers, Chartered Builders and Planners, with vast amounts of technical knowledge and decades of construction experience. It is fair to say that the company’s construction and development expertise ‘pound for pound’ can easily rival and generally exceed its larger rivals in the Construction and Development sector.

We are forward thinking in respect of building and development techniques and one of the company’s major goals is to produce buildings that withstand the test of time. Coedlas prides itself on the use of sustainable construction process and ‘whole of life’ goals that do not just keep up with market and legislative guidance on sustainability, but lead from the front to drive and improve the country’s building stock.
